28 Days Of Black History: Ed Bradley

ED BRADLEY served as Vice President and General Manager of KSLA since December 1995 and was committed to making News 12 a dominant station. He had more than 20 years experience in television. Before coming to Shreveport, Ed was Vice President of sales and marketing for the Meredith Broadcast Group. He also served as General Sales Manager at KCTV in Kansas City and WJTV in Jackson, Mississippi and as General Manager at WTVH-TV in Syracuse, NY.

Bradley grew up in Chestnut and graduated from Northwestern State University with a degree in political science and economics. He served on various boards, including the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters, the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, and the Committee of 100. Mr. Bradley loved to read and was a competitive golfer.
