Early Childcare Scholarships in Caddo Parish

The City of Shreveport Government allocated $3 million in funding for early childcare scholarships. The city is in collaboration with the Community Foundation, and Caddo Smart Start will host three community events where qualifying families can apply for scholarships and learn about other community services.
