Remembering B. Jeffrey Grant-Clark
The music industry has been hit hard again, this time with the passing of B. Jeffrey Grant-Clark. After months of fighting cancer, Grant-Clark transitioned from this world late last week. The announcement was extremely difficult to process for those who knew him. Often called “Uncle Jeff” or just Jeff or Ben, he was known as an authentic, kind, loving, hilarious, songwriter, minister, an accomplished musician, and a man who deeply loved God and his family.
B. Jeffrey Grant-Clark served as the Vice President of Radio Promotions & Artist Relations for the Verity Gospel Group Label (RCA Inspiration). He was also recognized as a great photographer who captured breathtaking moments of Gospel artists that later appeared in the book “Faces of Praise! Photos and Gospel Inspirations to Encourage” by Carol M. Mackey.
Jeff Grant was undeniably a quite force that impacted and influenced the lives of many in the Gospel music industry including Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, Marvin Sapp, Donnie McClurkin, The Canton Spirituals, and many more.
Sending our condolences and prayers to his wife, Annette, his children, grandchildren and the entire music industry.
