Shreveport Mayor makes $5.3 million dollar investment in public safety and youth projects

Shreveport Mayor Adrian Perkins’s administration is investing $5.3 million in projects directly aimed at public safety and providing activities for our youth. The following projects will be funded by the City of Shreveport:
- YMCA Athletic Complex – 1.5 Million
- Cargill Park Soccer Field Renovation – 1.5 Million
- SPAR projects – 1.5 Million
- Ronald McDonald House – $800, 000
Shreveport City Council voted to approve these projects in the most recent city council meeting.
